Refund/Cancellation Policy: Customer has 24 hours to cancel the sale subject to 1% canceling fee. Once the order is placed with the factory, due to the custom build of each machine the sale is final.
Machines are shipped after a thorough testing by CNC Warehouse staff. Prior approval must be made for storage of the machine beyond this period. Storage without approval will incur a $200.00/day storage fee.
Parts warranty is normally 12 months with the exception of :
CO2 laser tubes.
Electrical components- Including Exhaust Fans, Vacuum Pumps, solid state components such as controllers and I/O boards are not returnable once power has been applied. Vacuum pumps must be phase loss protected by the customer. Loss of phase damage on any 3-phase device is not covered. Damage due to improper installation, opening of component with non-servicable parts is also not covered.
Return shipping (insured for the full value) is required prior to any warranty claim.
CNC Warehouse reserves the right to repair or replace any component returned.
