Buffing Unit is for cleaning the edge. It has two separate motors and two separate cotton polishing wheels
Gluing & Edging

The gluing unit incorporates a special system to gelatinize the gluing plates to provide a more even coating of the material
End Cutting Unit

The End Cutting Unit is mounted on linear guide rails and automatically guides the high speed, high frequency motor, thus providing a fast cut and smooth surface
Rough Trimming Unit

Rough Trimming Unit utilizes a flat knife which can prevent thin veneer from cracking. Rough trimming as a first step for PVC and Acrylic edge banding reduces the cutting forces and wear and tear on the fine trimming unit.
Fine Trimming

Automatic tracking high speed contour wheels ensure edges of panels are smooth when trimming
Corner Rounding Unit

Corner Rounding Unit rounds the board ends. Providing a smooth surface.
Radius Scraping Unit

Radius Scraping Unit removes the corrugation trail on edges caused by trimming. Both sides of the panel are cleaned for a perfect finish.
