RC-1024 Insert Economy Insert Staggered Plunge 3/4 Dia x 3/4 x 1/4 Inch Shank
Insert Economy Staggered Plunge consists of insert knives along with a fixed plunge knife (see diagram) and utilizes 4-sided carbide inserts. Provides superior geometric design for super clean cuts. Two cuts per revolution yield a smooth surface while the feed rate is only slightly reduced. Utilizes extra-strong carbide which lasts 200% longer. Two flutes balance the bit which eliminates vibration that degrades the cut finish. Economically priced.
