RC-1089 Insert Carbide Straight 1-1/16 Dia x 30mm x 1/2 Inch Shank

These RC-1089 Insert Carbide Straight Plunge CNC Router Bits have 50mm cutting edges that are achieved by using two 30mm staggered knives. Has left-hand rotation and an optional knife with a harder carbide material for the MDF CNC machine applications.  They’re cleaner than any typical insert bits, offer high speed, and have a super smooth finish. They have channel sets and has double edge knives. The insert carbide is much harder than blazed carbide. there are the minimum amount of blade charges. #5005 Torx Key is included.

NOTE: all above plunge bits have four cutting edges per knife.
